It says "unlicensed", even though I bought it

I bought Windows in a store about 5 years ago, I still have the disk. But after reinstalling it says that the key does not fit. Maybe it was banned or the support period has expired? Very strange, because everything worked before. Is there any point in trying to activate it again in a different way?

It seems that Microsoft sometimes “disables” some old keys, especially if they have been used several times. As a result, I decided to try kms activator for windows 10, which allowed me to activate the system and use all the functionality without any problems. I think that sometimes this is a practical solution when the official way suddenly stops working.
